I’ve been helping people heal and recover in various capacities for over a decade. In 2020, I became a certified life coach, and shortly after, I became accredited by the ICF and uphold their coaching standards and practices.
I’ve been clean from my DOC for over thirty years and experienced loss and abuse at an early age. I’ve been in relationships with addicts; some in recovery, some not.
That’s allowed me to understand both sides of the recovery and healing journey. My healing was challenging but worth it, and yours will be too.
I want you to know that healing and recovery are possible. My podcast shares tips, tools, and experiences to help you heal and find the peace and success you deserve.
